Kyle Yu, holding the left trophy, used a March GENESIS 6x-60x56mm scope, with High Master® lens system, in this competition. This scope has 114 Mil of total elevation travel without utilizing any external accessories. The winners are holding the first place prize, a CDX Shadow . 375 EnAbler donated by CADEX.
March Scopes Canada® sponsored team, Jens and Curt Rouse "Rooster", made it to the finals of the Ko2M in Canada 2023.
Rooster makes and amazing cold bore hit at 1290 m, on a 12" plate, with his first shot, also hitting the 1436 m and 1686 m targets with a High Master® March GENESIS 6x-60x56mm scope.
The challenge at this competition was more against the elements than against competitors. This video shows the extreme wind gusts that the participants confronted during the finals. At Extreme Long Range (ELR) the time of flight of the projectile to the target can be 2 seconds and larger. A wind calculation that is correct at time of firing can be rendered ineffective by a sudden gust of wind down range.
Jens' gear at Ko2M 2023. EM Precision Rifles build with a Defiance Deviant action, KS Arms barrel, in a MPA chassis and a Go Ballistics muzzle brake. Atlas 5h bipod and a High Master® March GENESIS 6x-60x56mm scope.
Rooster's gear at Ko2M 2023. Curtis Custom action.
International Barrels (IBI) barrel with blended KS Arms muzzle brake. Trigger Tech Diamond 2 stage flat shoe trigger. Rifles Refined custom laminate stock.
Accu-Tac HD-50 bipod with custom bipod extension scoped with a High Master® March GENESIS 6x-60x56mm.
We also love BOLT ACTION COFFEE, btw!
March Scopes Canada® Team at the Ko2M in Canada 2023.
The High Master® March GENESIS 6x-60x56mm has the highest image quality among all scopes, with 114 Mil of total elevation travel without utilizing any external accessories.. This scope can be used from 20 meters up to 3 miles (4827m).
Because of the supreme lens systems Genesis scope assembles, and also because of the unique design of Genesis scope (the scope itself inclines) allowing the shooter to always see through the central part of the lens, it offers utmost clarity, definition, and minimal chromatic aberration even when extreme elevation is used on 114 MIL.
